Took the car we bought in for a vehicle inspection because we needed something reliable for commuting too and from my wife's cancer treatments. Told them at the counter that I knew it needed tires and I was aware of the radiator mounts being loose. I told them I just wanted it looked over and quotes for what needed repaired. Told me theyd need the car for the day(8am). Fast forward to about 1pm I need to move another car at home in lyons and I realize I left its keys in the car at crabtree. So I drive back down (45 minutes) to get the keys and I see the car is in the exact same spot from when I dropped it off. I grab the keys I came for and went home only to get a call about 20 minutes after being home the car was done. So I drive back down to go over the repairs with the service writer and he tells me there's some check engine lights and I ask what the codes were and how much for the repairs. Blank stare then the guy says sorry the tech didn't take any pictures. Back to waiting while they pull the car back in the shop. Car comes back out and the service writer calls us back up. Gives me the list of codes with no qoute for repair, tells me the car needs tires (which I told them in the beginning) qouted me $200 higher than the 60k mile warranty tires at les schwab and then proceeded to tell me the first repair they want to do is the radiator mounts (which again I told them and already knew) before any other work. Thank you for wasting my day, my time and my money. I used to recommend customers here but I will no longer. Sorry Devin, Lisa and Will but, bad business is bad business.

I had very good service and an excellent experience all around with Crabtree. Ben and the person I spoke to in the office were extremely helpful, kind, and patient with me, and went out of their way to accommodate my billing request. Highly recommend!

Hands down the BEST place to take our vehicles. Service folks are kind, respectful, honest, and quick to answer any questions we may have. We will never take our vehicles anywhere else! Recommend this shop to everyone!!!

Great mechanic shop does a great job fixing your car and shares photos or videos of bad parts and they warranty their repairs and do the work unlike other places that say they did the work , I’ll never take my cars anywhere else again. Thanks Crabtree for the great service. Leland Owens

When I entered your business, Cole greeted me warmly, and listened to my problem that had developed in the system. I had to leave it in the shop and Clay their shuttle driver brought my sister and I to our home. My car was kept inside the shop when we were hit by an ice storm. Where Justin was able to get to work he fixed the car and I was able to get it that day. I also spoke to Michael who answered the phone. Thank you to all at Crabtree Automotive.

I went in for an oil change a few months back (complete fail on my part that I didn’t leave review at the time) but they were awesome! Everyone helping at the front was kind and all the work done on my car was awesome! Definitely recommend 👏🏼
